It took your office TWO WEEKS to return my call for appointment. Before my appointment, (7/29) l was advised to bring a receipt from my last dental checkup, so I would not have to pay to have my loose implant tightened. Sat in the chair for THREE HOURS. Provided my receipt. Then I was advised to obtain a Treatment History, from my current dentist. I was charged $100, even though I provided what was requested of me. Faxed form 8/11.
