El personal de recepción no es amable, pero tengo que dar 3 estrellas porque a mi hijastra le tocó una buena terapéuta Elizabet Coronel, excelente muy buena, atenta y siempre respondía mis mensajes.
This place is horrible! Need a pyschiatrist to prescribe meds which were needed. Forced to talk to a "care coordinator" for 3 years. Then they threw in a nurse that "I must speak with"? Had to speak to therapist to keep pyschiatrist. appointments. She has no clue (hanora) that I told her nothing in 3 years. Nice person but totally clueless. So, billed for 4 people that I had to talk to. Total scam!!! Never mentioned treatment like TMS, which I am exploring now..... Don't be fooled like me... It was unfortunate for me to say goodbye to the best therapist I had for the past four years Amanda Kettle, and my doctor, Dr. Bor Chuong. Both worked hand-in-hand to provide me with my psychiatric concerns and my medical needs. I am very thankful to them that I am now stable and can continue my care Independently upon graduation. The amount of trust I have with Amanda how much I’ve come to respect her over the years is without a doubt unlike any other therapist (and I’ve had several over the course of 12 years).
