Highly unprofessional staff with no empathy.
I’ve had such a positive experience at NHCS. My therapist, Danielle, has been incredibly supportive, kind, and genuinely invested in my progress. She creates a space where I feel heard, understood, and encouraged to grow. She has truly been a godsend through difficult times. I have been attending this clinic for 6 years. I have been with doctor jaffrey for 4 of those, I met with him one time because my doctor at the time couldn’t see me and I automatically asked to be switched. He is personable and really cares about his patients. I also have been with my therapist Danielle Bonesera for 5 years, and when I tell you, I have been in therapy practically my whole life, she is by far my favorite. New Horizon Counseling Center and the wonderful women on my team have literally saved my life. They have been my light while being in a very dark place. My therapist Jennifer and Dr Janet Harrkins have worked with me through complex personal problems and untreated anxiety I have had since childhood. Both are wonderful listeners and easy to talk to.
