USE THIS PLACE AS A LAST RESORT ONLY!!! I haven't been a patient of this place for about almost a year. Since than I've moved on to another Doctors office and thank God that I did. I will update this review another time because I had already wrote out three paragraphs worth of a review and then my phone died and it disappeared so I'm not in the mood to write another long length review this time but all good things in the decade that I've been a patient off and on at New Horizons I always keep coming back because of the professionalism and caring nature of everyone there
The worst place you can go to for mental health care. The therapist Sean I had there was nice but he had no helpful advice to give and no coping skills. The psychiatrists are the worst. I had Dr. Emery as the first one. She insisted I was fine, meanwhile I ended up going to CPEP that then transferred me to South Oaks. Then I was given a new psychiatrist when I got out Roan Forgie. He was even worse than Emery. He made comments about my weight and how big I was, and how I need to exercise. Does he not know what psychiatric me... read more
