I would strongly caution anyone against seeking treatment at New Horizon. If i could give this place no stars, i would. Julie and Susan have still not returned any of my phone calls regarding obtaining my fiancés medical records and doctor’s notes. They are refusing to provide paperwork that legally belongs to us. We were even told by my mother-in-law that they said, “We shredded it.” I am absolutely appalled by the lack of professionalism and the mishandling of these records.
