I would strongly caution anyone against seeking treatment at New Horizon. If i could give this place no stars, i would. Julie and Susan have still not returned any of my phone calls regarding obtaining my fiancés medical records and doctor’s notes. They are refusing to provide paperwork that legally belongs to us. We were even told by my mother-in-law that they said, “We shredded it.” I am absolutely appalled by the lack of professionalism and the mishandling of these records. Doctors rush visits with patients and do not follow up with their patients. If you are seeking long term chronic care do not come here what’s so ever
Any medical facility caring for mental illness or sick patients should have top patient care. This place has ZERO. They are unorganized, lack patient care and the doctors are unsure of their diagnosis’s and don’t truly care what is the outcome to the patient . The treatment of care they plan to give is rushed, indecisive & not thought out. They have no care in the world about their patients and just want to get on to the next patient. Zero stars if I could : system was down for over a week and they were so rude about it . Not good with dealing with people with mental health issues . Making someone wait who is already irritated is not a good idea . They should be shut down already . Save yourself the horror and find someone who cares . Also who ever the girl is who handles the phones was rude not helpful and hated helping in any way .
TERRIBLE!!! The staff and if you want to call them doctors just so unprofessional and very rude. How can a medical institution computers be down for over a week !!!! Delayed time sensitive paperwork that was extremely important!! Shut this place down already !!!!
