I have been going here for years for mental health support. Everyone I have interacted with here is not only friendly, professional and helpful, but my current psychologist Danielle just went out of her way for the millionth time, using what little free time she has along with her personal time in order to help me get paperwork I need for an international trip completed on a short deadline. My experience has been 100% positive so far. I've read all the reviews and can't relate to any of them except for the guy that said this place saved his life.
I had this appointment for weeks. Made it clear workers comp is handling a diff therapist and my personal insurance will cover this one over the phone. They refuse to "share work" with another therapist now that im sitting infront of them despite being cleared over the phone. 2 minutes in they are bringing up a whole 2 more hours of evaluation one of which is with a psych for medication. Not even 10 min in and they are pushing pills. The front desk took 20 minutes to just refund my copay. Unprofessional, inefficient and over... read more
