This program is deeply flawed due to a total lack of structure and accountability. Participants who fake progress or use the system improperly are allowed to stay indefinitely because the staff seems completely oblivious. When serious or inappropriate conduct is reported, management routinely dismisses or ignores it. There is blatant favoritism among the staff, creating a toxic environment. Staff needs urgent, proper training on safety, conflict resolution, and maintaining professional, unbiased standards. Do not recommend.
