Although we have a nicely designed kitchen, the customer experience was sub optimal. Actually, we are walking away feeling very negative about New Horizon Cabinetry and its business model. The project was neither on time (4 weeks behind) and certainly nowhere near budget ($10K and 30% over). And none of this was from our add-ons. The increases were over the original design and their proposal. The business model this company uses can best be described as "a la carte"; "continuous up sell" and "nickel and dime".
