I have lived at Renew Meadow Lake for coming up on one year. In the time I have spent here so far it has been the best experience I could have ever asked for. The apartment itself is spacious and clean, the neighbors are friendly and quiet and the pool is such a nice ammenity! Along with all of that, the staff itself goes above and beyond to make sure anything you need taken care of is done in a timely and kind manner. Washing machine on and off working. When it snows no one clears the walkway outside so that you don't fall. Some of the apartments have mice and bugs in them. Pest control has to come out alot and it's not safe for your dogs and cats bugs like roaches. Stay clear from this place it's a nightmare. Bottom floor has links a lot and even with pest control coming out it's still a problem because they won't do every apartment so those that don't complain and don't care the problem just goes to their apartment more but it comes bac... read more
update so far they did fix some things so things they have to wait on parts and they did a spider treatment in my apartment hopefully they did around the building period so for that I'll change it to a 3 star So I just moved in and let me just say I made a bad rookie move and moved into an apartment that I did not see first let alone the building unit because the unit alone I would have said no thanks, and keep looking for another place.
