Was extremely happy with New Hope for the longest time and then when one of my pets had an emergency and needed surgery, I was referred to Rockford Emergency Hospital (very very happy with them). After my pets surgery, I followed up with New Hope per the emergency clinic, or at least I tried to. Three calls to them went completely unanswered and they never contacted me again after that. I called the office with a simple question and the receptionist was extremely unprofessional and rude. When I told her she was being rude, she said "your welcome" and hung up on me. Completely uncalled for, this woman should not be working with the public.
It’s fast response time & willingness to be there at your beckon call. Not to mention the outstanding, loving care. Thank you to all at the clinic.
Our pup Sadie got into some rat poison this weekend. They gave great instructions and when that did not work, we had to cone in and be seen. Excellent service. Sadie is doing well! Thank you.
The entire staff, vets, office staff and techs are the most awesome professionals and awesome people. I love all of them.
