After rushing my child there for an insect sting, foot swollen, we were checked in, copay taken, and in a room triaged before being told their provider doesn’t see anyone under a certain age. On a Saturday. Don’t take small children here, you’ll get your money taken and have to fight with insurance that you weren’t seen there.

this place is absolute garbage. went with my girlfriend to get her blood work done, an the doctor that was supposed to do it “left early” the whole time, we seen her behind the counter. an then, a paper we asked the doctor for that the doctor said they could give us, was out of nowhere rejected, an the doctor argued with my girlfriend & kept rolling her eyes about it. the staff was completely unwelcome, an not professional in the slightest. never would come back, would advise everyone i know to stay far away from here.
Another great experience, my 3rd time here. Pervious nurse practitioner left, I was hesitant to continue with this location. Today's visit was exceptional. I enjoyed the multiple accents present and the attention to care I received. No pics or videos...hippa if you know what i mean.
Took my daughter for a sports physical, which is fully covered by my insurance. They said their policy was to charge the out of pocket for sports physicals and not bill insurance. I paid $140 dollars and they still billed my insurance $400 dollars.
