I had an outstanding experience with Dr Jano Boghossian! After breaking my ankle, I was understandably nervous about the process, but from my very first visit I felt reassured and confident in my care. The doctor took the time to clearly explain the procedure, answer my questions, and outline what to expect during recovery. The surgery itself went very smoothly, and I am grateful for the doctor’s skill and precision. They're my feet nice and clean.
This place is a scam. Double charged me and my insurance for the same procedure, and were dishonest about refunding me. I’ve been unable to get a hold of anyone from their billing department for 3 months. Would not recommend. Response to Business: I’ve called the number many times, as recently as Jan 31st. Every time someone takes down my information so that someone else from billing can call me back later, but I never receive a callback.
Absolutely amazing doctor!!! His skill is unmatched and knowledge beyond teaching. His life experience guides him through doctoring and surgical choices. He never tells you what you need, only what your options are and really listens to his patients. He spotted problems not even x-rays and MRIs could detect and gave me the option for the surgery he believed would help me and was 100% accurate for not one but TWO surgeries 2 years apart on separate feet (totally unrelated issues as well).
