Mike.... I like going to the doctors office at New Hope clinic , but was very disappointed when I sent my son for a COVID-19 test . which over the phone said it was no charge , then I got charged fully on my insurance which my deductible hasn’t been met so I had to pay out of my pocket!! I don’t like being lied to when I can get that test for free!!! I think I’ll call acton 9
RecommendedI absolutely love this place! I started going here about a year ago when my dr stopped seeing me because I didn’t show for two appts. I fell in love with my new dr and she made me feel so welcome. The entire staff is amazing. I even switched my fiancé and my daughter over to them. Would recommend them any day!

i went there in December was not pleased. Gave them a second chance and was pleased yesterday, though the wait time was still off, The meds they prescribed were inexpensive, though given 3, and that is big plus! Their receptionist is very young, and that still shows and hurts them some, though she too was a little better. The Dr. listened, and was thorough. Dr. David was excellent diagnostic Dr. but I am adjusting to new staff.

This was the worse experience I’ve ever had especially being a new patient.. My apt was for 8:30 am and usually you’re required to come a little early for new patient having to fill out paperwork. Not at this place. They open at 8:30 and the receptionist chose not to give me that information once setting the appointment. I can’t drive due to my Fibromyalgia. Closed door as walking in with infant on the snow day after I spoke to them and said they were open and would be waiting for me. Thanks peeps but you’ve lost my business.
