The new hop lodges is not even open but if you go on their website it says nothing is if they are not open they allowed you to make reservations and book and pay for them they take your money out of your account or credit card knowing full well that theyre not there and they can’t service you. I left seven voice messages and I did not get one return call as well as for emails with no reply. I found only later that they were not even open due to COVID-19 now I have to dispute charges with my credit card what a bunch of idiots

This is an overpriced DUMP. Rooms need total repair and renovation. Sink basin badly rusted with porcelain peeling off and carpet is stained. No breakfast or food available. Charged $25 cancellation fee although the place was 90% vacant. Raven across the road is closed. Rumor is both places are being sold and owner is milking them in the meantime. AVOID

My partner and I have been staying at the Lodge for some years now and we absolutely LOVE our stays there ... Jason & staff have ALWAYS made us feel welcome ... we look forward to our next visit!
