Before my first appointment, I contacted the office after seeing another Google review that mentioned extremely high charges. I made it very clear that if therapy was going to cost me $700, I could not proceed. I was explicitly reassured that this would not happen and that the review I referenced was “false.” I attended several sessions with Lynndi and was charged only my stated copay of $25. According to their website, they check insurance prior to your first session. Was told there was no issue with our insurance, had several sessions and then the claim was denied. Got charged over $700 and they didn’t even notify that they would be charging it. Seems predatory.
