For a therapist's office, I found their coldness and lack of empathy to be rather astounding.
No one answers the phone. Between two people, trying to call for multiple days in a row, no answer.

I could not have been happier with my experience with New Hope Counseling and Wellness. I became a patient of theirs in the midst of a deep depression. I cannot thank Nidia enough for equipping me with the tools that I need to address my depression, anxiety, and post-traumatic stress. Although I do not require ongoing therapy at present, I take comfort in knowing that New Hope Counseling and Wellness is there if something should change in the future.
