I'm thankful for the staff of new hope. I feel as though they are genuinely concerned for my recovery. The counsellors, the medical staff and even the clerical staff have since day one made me feel welcomed and cared for. I have been to other groups in our area and didn't find the atmosphere as kind and welcoming as new hope. I highly recommend their services.

This place would get 5 stars, but the receptionist does not know how to do her job. She never answers the phone, but even after leaving multiple detailed messages urging her to call me, she doesn’t return my calls. She didn’t call to let me know THEY canceled my appointment, Then when I showed up she tried to reschedule then. (I don’t have a car, so it costs at least $30 every time I go) She has also written the wrong date on my appointment cards a few times. How does she mess up her one job so bad? My meeting was with Sandie. She was on time & made me feel comfortable. I soon forgot I was being evaluated. She removed all anxieties of the evaluation and we begin to chat. She asked many serious/private questions but the personal, trusting bond you both had formed, you would answer them without reservations. Truthfull answers equal truthful outcomes. Thank you Sandie!!
