I have been the Hairdresser for this adult family home for several years. This is a clean and well ran adult family home. The residents are happy and well cared for... truly a wonderful place for your loved one!
My 40-year-old daughter Janice has lived in this adult family home for 5 years. When I first brought her there, she was a very troubled, fragile young woman suffering from catatonia. Janice is now a healthy, happy person who absolutely sparkles. And this is all because of the loving care she has consistently received from Estera and her staff. The first photo was taken around the time I moved Janice to Estera's home. The second photo was taken 5 months ago. The difference tells the whole beautiful story!
I stopped by to visit after calling them and they were in the process of restraining and hurting a gentleman that was a resident. I turned around and left never to look back again.
The two negative reviews seem suspicious to me. I deliver medical supplies to many adult family homes in the greater Seattle area and have had Estera's New Hope on my route for over five years. At least once per month I visit Estera's, and I consider it to be one of the top houses on my route in all respects. The house itself is spacious, classy, and always immaculately clean.
