I have not had any problems getting my medicine or seeing the doctor when I want to. I like him because he will set and listen to you
Impossible to reach anyone between Thursdays 2:30pm thru Monday 9am! On multiple occasions I have had issues with them calling in my prescription on Thursdays and something is either done wrong or not at all and I have had to wait until Monday to get my medication. There needs to be a way to contact someone if this cannot be done right the first time. The pharmacy doesn’t even have a way to reach them! This is extremely frustrating!
Doctor Gonsalez is great! However it’s not only him you deal with and God forbid you have to speak to the lady who answers the phone. Seems she had a bad day and took it out on me. Never been spoken to so disrespectfully by what should be a medical professional. Truly hope God fixes her attitude or she should go get a warehouse job where she doesn’t have to deal with patients or customers since she doesn’t have control over her own attitude. I'm from out of state and was in a bit of emergency situation. These ladies here were the best at their jobs and helpful beyond their jobs. If I lived here thos would be the place I would want and choose to go. Thank you so much for everything you did for me. The world would be a better place with more people like you all in it.
