Richard is so awesome - professional - great sense of urgency - always there to response to request - making the closing process so quick and easy.

Well we bought our home Richard was very friendly but trying to get hard copy of survey and other questions answered was a freaking nightmare. Never one call back never after atleast 50 calls put in to him. Nice to your face but lord try getting anything done with him will drive you nuts DON'T HIRE THIS MAN NEVER GOT OUR STUFF TO THIS DATE. THIS WAS A YEAT AGO AND STILL NOTHING
