There is no better place to work in the world. The amount of support from the top management, co-workers, and fellow Sales Agents across the country is unmatched. Everyone wants everyone to succeed, and they give you the tools to do it. This will be the last company I ever work for.
One if the things I’ve loved most about entering new home sales has been learning it!! I’m weird I LOVE training and I was very lucky to start with a builder in Texas who provided us with the New Home Star training programs. It gave me invaluable information that rocketed my career and taught me how to step outside my comfort zones.
Can I give this place 6 stars? I’ve never felt so fulfilled, challenged, or more passionately about “where I work”. It’s so much more than just that!
