Tara and Ron both helped me sell my home and purchase a new build with Taylor Morrison. They both paid so much attention to detail when it came to my new build and supported me through all the hiccups in this changing market and supply and demand issues. Such a shady company. I work in property management and have never experienced anything like this. I’m not one to leave reviews but I’m beyond disappointed in such an establishment like this. My lease was edited after I signed it. When I tried to log back into the portal to get a copy of it I was blocked out of it. I tried calling New Home Partners several times and left voicemails but never got a hold of anyone.
