18 months in our retaining wall and several of our neighbors walls are collapsing due to shoddy work... way too much mortar and not enough stone. HOA is no help and DR horton says we are out of warranty but this will affect the entire neighborhood and these walls and fences will collapse... beware of Ranger crossing...
