I would not recommend DR Horton to anyone they use cheap labor so they can put extra money in their pockets. Nothing but problems then they put the blame on the contractors that did the work so when you call for warranty you get the same people who install it that don't know what's going on. Do yourself a favor and buy elsewhere
I find it interesting in Heber city they are pouring foundations in the cold. Many would say it was to cold to do such thing. They do not set right in the cold. It weaken the concrete in the foundation and the walls. What other corners and risk will they take to get their homes on the market fast.
Our experience is with East Layton. Horrible Customer Service! The reps could care less if you get a lot. Glad we went elsewhere.
