Easy to use. Fast service if they're not busy. Was told abt 1 hour. I don't think it was that long. 4 or 5 cars ahead of me. Able to use my service plan. I don't know anything about the prices though.
They are the masters of up selling and assume you can afford it. My first and last time there and will go somewhere else....
