Seems every time I go to this service center I wait over 2+ hours. Even if I just get an oil change. I recently took my car to get an oil change and was told that my car was leaking oil, but I never noticed any signs of an oil leak. I made an appointment for a diagnosis for the following Friday. The next day after my oil change I noticed that my fog light on my drivers side was out of place. NH Auto has serviced this truck since new in 2019. Two weeks after my most recent service, one that brought into serious question the actual oil that was used in my truck, the engine splash guard broke free in one corner and was hanging down. Upon returning to them i was informed the part is over $300 and not covered on my "Gold Plan" extended warranty.
