Terrible customer service in parts department. Anytime you even try to call, there is never a respond. They just put you on hold and then randomly end your call. Just to have to call back and wait another 25 mins for the same process to happen again!! So unprofessional!
Very good customer service and excellent inventory in stock. It is very hard to beat their prices, and it seems like they can always find the part that I am requesting. I don't know that they ever messed up on my orders!
