Horrible management. Lack of care for personal wellbeing. Paint peeling. Water damage in bedroom. Windows broken. Some windows bolted shut.Mold problems. Leaking roof caused my ceiling to collapse no warning. Now i have Respiratory problems. Peco issues with electricity, wiring bad in building. Fire alarm security alarm going off. no one seems to actually care.
Let me go 2 months without heat . My iguana froze and died and they did nothing . Space heaters running up the electric i will not be renewing this lease .
Great service,Agent was dress very nice spoke to me with respect and dignity made me feel at ease with renting from their agency.
