Reached out to a friend, Katy, who is the office manager at New Heights Roofing, because I was looking for a quote on possibly a new roof. She was very thorough with communicating with me, and one of the consultants, Jesse. When Jesse came out to inspect my roof, gutters, etc. he was very honest with me. He helped me understand my rights with my insurance company, fought on my behalf and after seven (yes 7!!) long months my insurance company agreed to a full roof replacement. New Heights Roofing is a great company. We had them install a brand new roof on our home last year. We’ve had many bad storms and the roof has held up outstanding through them all. Customer service is also 5-stars, one of the owners (Jesse) personally came out on to our home to look at a piece of flashing that appeared to need replacing. To my luck, Jordy was able to come and give me such great guidance on some questions I had and was really a joy to work with. He displayed a depth of knowledge and was able to help come up with great solutions to our issues. Jordy and the rest of the team that I interacted with gave me a lot of confidence that I was in competent hands, and I would instantly recommend them to anyone.
