This has been the best program that I have been to in my journey through recovery! The staff is amazing, caring, and friendly. They will take the time to work with you as a client. New Heights offers awesome group sessions from PHP, IOP to OP including..case management, 1on1 therapy, counciling, with structure! Sober living is a 5 star! New Heights has changed my life. It has gave me a mix of programming and on my own freedom that has allowed me to grow in a safe environment while still have the accountability that I needed. It's sober living with some IOP in the morning I now have a job and I'm saving money for my future. All of my needs are meet I have not had to want for anything since I've been here I wish I could of found this place 5 rehabs ago but I believe everything happens for a reason. A+ rehabilitation center. Staff is friendly and caring, nurse practitioner on site. Housing is also A+. Couldn't have chosen a better place to get sober.
Awesome. Everyone was extreme helpful and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and were very patient and understanding with my concerns. Highly recommend this program.
Awful customer service. Chris hung up on me in the middle of my call while I was trying to get assistance. This was extremely unprofessional and disappointing. Based on my experience, I do not recommend.
