New Heart is a cardiac Rehab facility run by two retired cardiologist. It's affiliated with New Mexico Heart Institute' cardiology group. My intake visit consisted of a walk test to determine my level of fitness for exercise, and then a meeting with one of the supervising cardiologist (Dr. Barry Ramo as seen on TV). Dr. Ramo was very thorough, going over my chart and diagnosis and telling me what to expect from the rehab process. He also discussed diet and overall physical activity.
