This is one of Albuquerque hospital.rows best kept secrets. This place is very rarely crowded has almost every heart related device and cardio exercise equipment, along with a free weight room and stretch stretching area There are structured classes for almost every age group to maintain flexibility and good cardiovascular care! The staff is excellent, and people are always welcoming, as they chart their workouts

I went one time it was shabby and looks dirty. Carpet looks very dirty. They didn’t want to give a tour, but it is a non program. Cannot hear about the program on the phone they just ask about a referral. People on the phone were rude. I was told I would get a tour by someone in charge, But it’s based on the mood of the trainers. Barry the doctor does an unneeded un necessary consultation which is costly. Brought my client here and two girls are at the front desk just having conversations with each other. They let us stand there and wait to be greeted but we never were greeted. We sat ourselves down in chairs waiting for acknowledgement so we can get checked in. Very unprofessional staff at the desks.
