With a combination of talk therapy, hypnosis and other approaches, Kristin helped me overcome a lifetime of chronic anxiety. She also helped me find me new joy in life (and I was already pretty joyful). After just 2 sessions with Kristin, I am a new woman!! Also, she helped my wife quit smoking -- and it was painless! Kristin has helped heal my depression and anxiety through the use of psychotherapy and hypnotherapy. Before I met Kristin, I was on 3 different prescription drugs at once: anti-anxiety, anti-depressant and anti-psychotic. Now 15 years later, I am not on any medication and have never gone back. Kristin has been a life saver for me. She has helped me lose weight and gain control of my eating and cravings. She has been through the weight loss journey herself so she understands your struggles and will work with you to gain control over what is triggering you to overeat. Kristin has also helped numerous family members, who have been smoking for 25 plus years, quit smoking after one hypnosis session. Amazing!

I had my first session with Kristin in 2012 at which time she helped me quit smoking. I was a lot easier than I expected and I remain smoke-free. Last week, I met with her for my first session for weight-loss...I have not had any grains or added sugar in over a week and I don't mind...it seems easy. Last night, I went to a restaurant and I did not finish my meal...I was simply done eating; I cannot remember the last time that happened.
