I’ve never had a primary Dr. and was referred by a family member. The best choice I could’ve made Rosie pays attention to small details and takes her time with your questions. Highly recommend for everyone!
I started treatment with Dr. Rosie Ochoa and my first two appointments went well. Unfortunately, my experience changed due to a lack of professionalism and communication. I notified the office in advance that my medication was running out so they could order the next one on time. I called for three consecutive days, twice a day, and was repeatedly told the message would be passed on to Rosie so she could send me the link to order the medication, but no one ever followed up. Highly recommend Rosie Ochoa NP for your microneedling! I was struggling with lots of wrinkles and acne/acne scars and within 3 treatments I have seen dramatic results and complete resolution of my acne (and my face has tightened up)!
