My husband picked up his international truck on Monday because it won’t go over 50mph and the upside down triangle keeps coming on the dash. After paying over $900 it still doesn’t go over 50 after he told them it needs to be taken on the highway for them to see what’s wrong with it. They did none of that and when he called to let them know it still wasn’t working the VERY RUDE front desk lady said “well there’s not much we can do”. DONT RECOMMEND. Good group of people we tow a lot of vehicles into them for repairs always friendly
These guys are horrible and dishonest. Dropped my truck off and was told they’ll work on it. I spent a week in a hotel nearby with them troubleshooting my truck. My main shop back in Chicago told me and them what the problem was but they refused to test the issue. After no progression was made I decided to have my truck towed back to Chicago. The owner refused to release my truck not completing any repairs, tried to charge me $1700 and threaten me with his gun. I had to call the local police department to mediate the situati... read more
