Don and Company are professional, courteous and super nice!!! Needed passenger tail light replaced. I had the part and they had me back on the road within 30 - 45mins!! Thank you SO MUCH AGAIN!!!
Cannot say enough good things about this team. We replaced six different parts with a different mechanic trying to fix one of our trucks, and it was out of commission for over a month. I called New Haven Truck Repair out of desperation and they were AMAZING. I took the truck to them 8:30 AM, and they had it running beautifully again by 1 PM. My husband picked up his international truck on Monday because it won’t go over 50mph and the upside down triangle keeps coming on the dash. After paying over $900 it still doesn’t go over 50 after he told them it needs to be taken on the highway for them to see what’s wrong with it. They did none of that and when he called to let them know it still wasn’t working the VERY RUDE front desk lady said “well there’s not much we can do”. DONT RECOMMEND.
