We would like to give Johnny a five star review. Our daughter lives in The New Haven Towers. When we came in from out of town to visit her, we were greeted with a very kind, professional, engaging gentleman with a wonderful smile. I’ve lived at the Madison Towers - part of New Haven Towers - for 1 week now. Johnny has been the light of our 1 week here. Beyond helpful, caring, and inviting. Can’t wait to live here and have him a part of lives throughout the next year.
New Haven towers is a wonderful place to live! The best part is getting welcomed home by the doorman, Johnny. No matter the day or the time, he always greets me with a smile on his face and inquires about my day. He goes above and beyond to make the building feel safe and welcoming is gracious and caring with every person he interacts with. The towers are lucky to have him. If you ever seen Johnny, make sure to say hello and strike up a chat—it is sure to brighten your day.
I couldn’t love this place more. Beautiful amenities and truly a delightful place to live. Feels so secure and welcoming, always. Truly the best location, best amenities, best upscale design. Have lived in Crown Towers for 3 years now. It's a classic rental spot for medical trainees due to its walking distance from the hospital. I will highlight the particular high quality of the doorman, Johnny, who is always friendly and attentive to the needs of tenants. Other pros include the availability of a secure parking garage, high rise views of the university, large rooms with ample closet space, and access to the gym of the adjacent building (18 High).
