We would like to give Johnny a five star review. Our daughter lives in The New Haven Towers. When we came in from out of town to visit her, we were greeted with a very kind, professional, engaging gentleman with a wonderful smile. I have lived at New Haven Towers for almost two years, and recently had a concerning experience involving an unauthorized entry into my apartment without any prior notice or communication. There was no scheduled visit and no emergency, yet a staff member entered my home. Had I not been present, they would have entered the apartment—including private areas—without my knowledge. I couldn’t love this place more. Beautiful amenities and truly a delightful place to live. Feels so secure and welcoming, always. Truly the best location, best amenities, best upscale design. I have absolutely loved living at 18 High. Joe and Melissa have been an absolute pleasure to get to know.
