The BEST apartment building in New Haven! If you are looking for an upscale, secure building located directly in downtown New Haven right next to Yale’s campus this is the spot for you. So nicely done with great amenities (gym, study spaces, movie room, and game room) and the most amazing staff who are here 24/7. I have absolutely loved living at 18 High. Joe and Melissa have been an absolute pleasure to get to know. Some excellent staff members make all the difference here. At the front desk, Joe is consistently attentive and helpful, and John’s warmth, humor and candor will never fail to make your day. Willie is genuinely friendly, and manages to swiftly turn every maintenance headache into a pleasant experience. All three routinely go the extra mile and are incredibly good at their jobs—residents are lucky to have them.
