The security guards are exceptional — consistently professional, friendly, and attentive — and they truly make the building feel safe and welcoming. The location is unbeatable. When we came in from out of town to visit her, we were greeted with a very kind, professional, engaging gentleman with a wonderful smile. I have lived at New Haven Towers for almost two years, and recently had a concerning experience involving an unauthorized entry into my apartment without any prior notice or communication. There was no scheduled visit and no emergency, yet a staff member entered my home. Had I not been present, they would have entered the apartment—including private areas—without my knowledge. Giving 5 stars is less than what NHT deserves! It is the best and most valuable rental apartment in New Haven! Everything was great for us. Location is unbeatable, just imagine being close to the best pizza of the country! (Bar’s Mashed Potato Bacon!! Just $4 after 10 pm!!!)
