I've had a great experience living here. The leasing office and management team have been professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful. A special thank you to Johnny, one of the doormen, who always goes above and beyond to make residents feel welcome. I've recommended this apartment community to many of my friends, and several of them have actually moved in because of my positive experience. I highly recommend this place.
I have been a resident of Crown Towers for the past couple of years, and so far I've really enjoyed the experience! It is located right next to the medical school campus, making it a very convenient walk for students and anyone working in the area. Lived in Crown Towers for a total of 6 years and had a great experience. The rooms are very spacious, doormen are great, and maintenance is extremely fast and responsive. Location is in a safe part of New Haven and very walkable. The price was great especially when compared to other apartments downtown. I cleaned the apartment myself upon leaving (vaccuumed, mopped, wiped down the appliances - all the basic stuff without hiring a professional) and easily and promptly got my security deposit back, which was very refreshing af... read more
Johnny is an exceptional doorman. He is always incredibly helpful and organized, especially when it comes to handling package deliveries. He also goes above and beyond to help with everyday situations, such as assisting us when we’re locked out of our apartment, and is always quick to lend a hand with a positive attitude. Beyond his professionalism, Johnny is consistently kind, friendly, and welcoming.
The doormen here are especially kind, helpful, and professional. They are truly a valuable part of what makes living in this community comfortable and pleasant. I would especially like to highlight John Lee, who has been very kind and supportive during my stay here as an international student. His helpfulness has made a real difference in my experience. I would highly recommend this building, especially because of staff members like John.
