The best place to live hands down, the ladies in the office n the maintenance are always on top of things I love it here
I'm not a social person. But the ladies in the office are amazing. The krew of maintenance is respectful, patient due to the language barrier. But they and the ladies in office literally go above and beyond to let tenants know what it is and what it should never be. It's a quaint lil apartment complex.
I applied for an apartment recently, although hesitant because I was told that the minimum lease agreement would be 3 months and I'm not sure if my employer is planning for me to work in the area that long. Anyway, I ended up finding a much cheaper, fully furnished, monthly rental in the area. I paid New Haven a $50 application fee, as well as a fully refundable $150 deposit. I called them to cancel and I was told I would not be getting my deposit back because I had already been approved. I have not even signed a lease agree... read more
