I would strongly advise anyone considering New Haven Apartments under Villa Serina Properties to stay away. My experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional from start to finish. I was told by the property manager that my application was approved with a double deposit, but my application was never actually approved yet. The property itself was dirty, unsafe, and poorly maintained, with people hanging outside openly carrying guns. Maintenance request to fix a leak allowing rain water into the patio torage room was fixed expertly and efficiently. As with all my maintenance requests. Kudos to the maintenance guys at New Haven!
The best place to live hands down, the ladies in the office n the maintenance are always on top of things I love it here
I'm not a social person. But the ladies in the office are amazing. The krew of maintenance is respectful, patient due to the language barrier. But they and the ladies in office literally go above and beyond to let tenants know what it is and what it should never be. It's a quaint lil apartment complex.
