What the hell is going on with this place. I have been calling to reach for final results for immigration medical document but neither the place is open nor anyone reach back. The call goes straight to voicemail. I have very few time left and to submit and they just seems to be vanished. What the hell
Don't go to this place. Employees there are awful, they are very unprofessional and will not pick up the phone nor will call you back. I paid for an immigration service and never heard back. I will formally will place a lawsuit against this place, since they don't even bother to pick up the phone or hang up on you. The wrost medical office ever! Jennifer is the wrost of them all!!! My family has been going here for 20 years and we love the Dr and staff. They are always polite and helpful. Wait time is fast and efficient. Dr listens to you and helps not just prescribes meds to cover symptoms he knows his stuff.
customer service is TERRIBLE. receptionist was asking my boyfriend very inappropriate and irrelevant questions regarding having a partner and where he is from and proceeded to ask where i was at the time of his appointment insinuating i don’t love him because i wasn’t present with him at the time of the appointment. very immature and inappropriate, she should be there to do her job not find a man. embarrassing.
It was the worst experience ever! You came here to get form I693 for immigration. These people are incompetent. They filled out the form wrong, and then you came here, and they charged you extra for their mistakes. They made you wait hours just to tell you that you were missing a bunch of vaccines when they could have done that the same day you came to complete the medical examination. Please don't come here to get those medical examination forms for USCIS.
