Why isn't every service company this dedicated to service? I called Monday night, was given the 9 to 11 am window for the next day, The technician called at 9:30, said he would be there at 10, arrived at 10, and had my car set free from the garage by 10:30. Impeccable!
Great company! I came home to a garage door that stuck halfway and wouldn't open or close. The technician came out at 10PM on a Saturday shortly after I called. He went above and beyond, not just getting my garage door functioning again, but also fixing other areas of the door that weren't installed correctly. The customer service was great as well when I called - truly a company that values its customers - would highly recommend.
We recently had our building's garage door opener replaced. Although there was an initial issue obtaining the opener due to stock issues, the technician kept us updated on a new appointment time and worked with our schedules. He was also very helpful with answering some minor questions afterwards. He and the company's responsiveness and flexibility were outstanding, and their pricing was very competitive and straightforward. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.
The service provider arrived promptly as scheduled and did a superb job with the repair. He is both knowledgeable and thorough and I am very satisfied with his work. Will definitely use again.
I'm very happy and pleased with service that I received. I called two other companies that one never showed up and bother to call to reschedule and second company showed up with no experience!! I was impressed with the way he handle service call and he was incredible to detect the problem and made his suggestions about replacing both.
