I find this complex very comfortable and well cared for. I also have different questions, problems and have gone to Nicole and Elvis, finding them to be very professional but also very pleasant and comfortable to deal with and explain things too. I feel that this complex of apartments is very lucky and blessed to have Nicole and Elvis here! Any time you have a question, Nicole is always willing to listen and assist if in her ability to do so. Absolutely the best! Nicole, Elvis, and Butch can't do enough to make our accomodations the greatest. The complex is up to date, clean, and secure. It is one of my best moves to date!

We have lived here 8 years and loved it here. Our Manager, Nicole, and Elvis, the best maintenance man, are top notch employees of New Hartford Square. They are very professional , and very personable with everyone here. Butch, another employee, will help anyone who needs it. He's a great guy! The location cannot be any better for on the go people.
