We have used NHAH over 20 years always caring, quality care.
We board our dog there on a regular basis, at least annually, and the staff adore seeing him and vice versa!
Dr. Mora is very kind, understanding, and helpful. However, I find the general financial policies of NHAH too expensive and too pushy. For example, they quoted a charge of $200 to neuter my young rabbit, so I took Cecil elsewhere and was charged $146 including everything. They also wanted $125 to cremate my darling Cockatiel a few years back. I am ready to pay necessary charges for my babies (though none have really been helped!), but not exorbitant costs for routine visits and pressure to join various programs. This is pain... read more
Excellent care! Staff are friendly, helpful and compassionate.
I wouldn't go anywhere else! The doctors and staff provide the most compassionate care I have ever seen.
We love all the wonderful staff at NHAH and and feel so fortunate to have Dr. Mora treating our dog Chloe! He is so kind, knowledgeable, and caring, plus ALWAYS takes whatever time is necessary to ensure we understand the 'why' behind any recommendations he makes for her. Highly highly recommend!!!

What a wonderful facility! Everyone is very pleasant and professional! We had our first visit last week and the staff all give such great care Baby and Laddie are so happy to have Dr. Elbrecht back in New York and look forward to our future visits to New Hartford Animal Hospital! Thank You!
