Everyone is so friendly at both the clinic and the grooming facility! I’ve taken each of my freshly adopted kittens there and they’ve made everything so easy for a new pet parent to understand and I feel comfortable asking any questions I have. They’re super nice and obviously care about my cats.
Dr. Murphy is always in the exam room when we enter. We don't have to sit in the exam room and wonder when she will be in. The entire staff is very friendly and caring.

Staff is friendly, professional and make it easy for the pet and owner.
Dr Jamrosz & the staff are wonderful! They really care about my girls & I can always rely on them to give me advice to keep them both healthy. They let me know what procedures/tests are necessary to be done soon and what can wait a little while. Nothing else is as important to them as the health of the animal patients they have & that has always been consistent! I have referred several friends to the New Hartford Animal Hospital & have received positive feedback from them too!
