Didn’t care for the experience when paying. The front desk is very rude. They have you pay up front for services and ask for a tip. When I told them I wanted to wait after the services for the tip they got angry. My therapist was very rough. Afterwards when the massage was over I wanted to tip $10. The lady said “only $10?!” And proceeded to ask me why not more. She held onto my card to force me to pay a tip. I told her no only $10. The experience was wonderful.
We came in to book app and the guy gave us a discount but when we came back he acted like he didn’t know what we were talking about and charged us full price. The room we were in had no AC and the masseuses kept talking to each other through out our massage. My boyfriend was experiencing pain from the pressure and when he asked for a break they didn’t understand and they made it a big deal. They ask you to give a tip as well in the end.
