Been a patient at this practice for 13 years and recently have had the worst experience ever. Having to call email leave messages just to get an increase of a dosage of a weight loss medicine and I cannot get a return phone call nor return message. no one seems to care anything about me my situation so I guess I will just be switching to another practice. Such a shame as I’ve been there 13 years and they just treat you like you don’t exist.
Awesome place always feel like you important not just another patient! Facilities always very clean and staff is always friendly and helpful! Dr Bernstein is awesome she makes you feel like you matter and is willing to help in any way possible!
Most of the time I absolutely love this office other times like currently all I can do is worry about getting all my medications on time but when im there in person no problems DR Morgan is awesome truly found a great dr which isn't easy
