I cannot believe I trusted myself for care to these “professionals” while I was waiting for 4 hour and kept asking for a room each receptionist gave me a different answer. When I finally got a room all the nurses were being so lout giggling on their phones and online shopping it’s was about 4 am at this point. Was late by 15 minutes, they immediately cancelled my appointment. I desperately needed to see the doctor, now I can’t until Thursday because of car troubles all because of 15 minutes. I’ve been on time and had to wait over 25 minutes to see the dotcor, but no mercy for patients who are 15 minutes late. No other locations have appointments until Thursday either. I called 5/7/25 (so we are coming on to two months) where I left a voicemail asking to set up care and have not heard back. Mind you that was the second time, the first being in April I called as well. Ridiculous.
I love Novant Primary care 16th st location!! Dr Troy Horan is an excellent Dr. He has helped my medical issues and made me feel better!! Look healthier! Thank you to to the nurse
