This review is for ALL of Novant that I have dealt with. I can describe Novant in just 3 words. Out. Of. Control! EDIT: From the responses Novant leaves below they want you to believe they care, but ask yourself WHY are there so many one star reviews.
The doctors lack empathy and knowledge.
This “new” hospital is the worse excuse for a hospital I have ever seen!! No one knows what they’re doing, doctors are totally incompetent, ER is even more incompetent.. I have contacted my attorney and I will be suing this poor excuse for a patient care facility!!!

Im very upset. Im a new patient...trying to get figure out if i can be seen or not...its just back and forth calls... transfer to the wrong DEPARTMENT...AGAIN BEING TRANSFERRED TO THE NEW PATIENTS AND THEY JUST GET MY INFO AND AGAIN THEY CALLVME IT ONLY RINGS ONCE AND MISSED CALL. HIGHLY UPSET.
