The Nurse Practitioner was actually great the two visits to her. The Urologist spoke to me like I was an idiot under interrogation, and made me feel very uncomfortable. After he doubled my medication dose, it triggered severe headaches, diarrhea and fatigue, so I tried to contact him through the Novant Health portal they are so proud of. It’s the first impression that people always remember. This was my first time at this location and Delilah at the front desk was very rude and disrespectful. All the other staff including Dr Spark are amazing. It’s just sad how that one bad apple is why I actually wouldn’t recommend this location at all because of how rude the girl was at the front desk. To the point where I will also be calling to speak to a supervisor.
