It’s the first impression that people always remember. This was my first time at this location and Delilah at the front desk was very rude and disrespectful. All the other staff including Dr Spark are amazing. It’s just sad how that one bad apple is why I actually wouldn’t recommend this location at all because of how rude the girl was at the front desk. To the point where I will also be calling to speak to a supervisor.
I enjoy my care here in Jacksonville, NC. My provider is confident, experienced and professional in all aspects of the healthcare I receive. I plan to continue here and recommend this practice to anyone who needs great health care.
