Some of the office staff, including the supervisor, have attitude. Having a problem that lasted several days, people that should have known the issue, were uncaring, and in one case, hung up the telephone on me. The doctors are great but the office staff have much to be desired.
DO NOT GO HERE! The claim a lot about helping but it's all a lie. They do not care about patients. The nurses you end up taking to don't care about your problem at all. Then when you get to a provider they could care even less. Once they drain your insurance thy will then pawn you off to another provider then another provider until you until you give up. Go to Mass or another office because here you will not get what you need.
