This company was called to remove a stump, 3 in fact. It was communicated to the company who took down the tree that I would be replanting trees, but apparently not passed along to the stump grinder (this really shouldn't matter as I paid to have the stump removed, not parts based on what he thought I was doing). This is the 2nd time I have used New Ground, and this time much like last, I am 100% satisfied with the quality of work. Jason did a fantastic job sadly, eliminating any trace of my 36 year old mayday tree which had to come down to to disease.

This company came and did remove a stump, but left a mess in our yard. I have had many other trees ground and no company left this mess. Excuses were made that their blower was not working, but they did have rakes with them. Anyhow, I do wish them well… but we won’t be using them in the future. Many other great companies to chose from.

While landscaping my front ward I discovered two large stumps and needed to get them removed asap to be able to continue my landscaping . I contacted Jason and he returned my call right away and agree to remove the stumps the following day which was a Sunday for a very reasonable price . I was very impressed with his professionalism and his quick response . I strongly recommend this company .
