Denied service and told I did not have personal injury protection insurance due to the incompetence of the staff. This woman stopped me as I was filling out paperwork and advised to go to another facility which in turn prolonged the pain I was enduring as well as the time it took to see a specialist to get care. In the meantime I called my insurance myself and they verified that I did in fact have personal injury protection and stated that the individual looking at my policy clearly didn’t know how to read the declaration an... read more
