Having lived in Switzerland for the last 2 years, I would consider this rösti to be pretty authentic
The dinner buffet had excellent Swiss specialty items and the polka band was so much fun!
RecommendedI run a golf tournament each year with 60 golfers. Came to New Glarus to look for a location in 2016. Came here for dinner with our site selection committee. I travel throughout Europe and this place was a stunner! You don't expect European cuisine like this outside of Europe or your major US cities. Well done Chef(s)...we'll be in touch.

This place is a gem in the hills of New Glarus. If you live within two hours of this place you should make a trip at least once for their authentic Swiss brunch buffet on Sunday. There are so many Swiss specialties like spaetzle, roesti, kalberwurst, Swiss cheese pie, and more. Once you go your Sundays will never be the same.
Big shout out to the owner of this place! A hard worker and really knows his stuff!! Highly recommend! You rock Roland!
