Our first visit to Dental House Group was absolutely exceptional. I took my 3-year-old son in for his very first in-chair dental visit, and Renae, the Oral Health Therapist, was incredible. She made the entire experience fun, calm, and genuinely enjoyable for him - something I honestly didn’t think was possible for a first dental appointment! Could not recommend this dentist enough! I had a wisdom tooth removed and the whole experience was amazing from start to finish. Everyone was so friendly, professional and reassuring. They made sure I understood everything before the procedure and checked in the whole time to make sure I was comfortable. They made what could have been a stressful experience feel so easy and calm. So grateful for such caring service — thank you again!

I had all 4 wisdom teeth removed under a local by Lyle. My appointment started and finished within 30 minutes and time flew. I felt extremely at ease during the extraction and at no point was I uncomfortable, in pain, or nervous. After they were all removed I had a quick recovery, I would recommend 100%
I was always nervous about going to the dentist but Dental House, New Gisborne changed that. Dr Amir, the Dentist was professional and reassuring. Renae the Oral Health Therapist was gentle and very knowledgeable and the dental nurse Celina was kind and attentive throughout the whole appointment. The staff was friendly and the clinic is spotless. Highly recommend.
