I have worked with Kelsey and Sylvia, finding them both genuinely stellar individuals. They are professional true artisans with seemingly endless vision and skill. Their ability to design and create jewelry is impressive; whether they are responding to my wishes or providing me with thoughtful ideas and direction. And there they all are-right in front of you when you walk through the door, busy at their work areas for all to see, not behind a wall. I strongly recommend New Gild - the consummate jewelry shop.

This is a very belated review, but I simply wanted to thank the staff (and beautiful dog) at New Gild for making our first experience so memorable. My husband and I were getting married and needed our rings rebuffed in the days leading up to our ceremony. The staff were very communicative, friendly, swift, and took care of us with no issues.
