Non-responsive, poor time management, unprofessional During appointment Lisa told me “you're wasting my time” when the session was getting challenging. Isn’t the role of a counselor to help and not degrade? Ironically, we started 20 minutes late while waiting for Lisa to eat her dinner. My family was more than gracious as we sat and waited through late start. While trying to talk through items, Lisa rolled her eyes at me and stated “we're going back there again”. Dr. Lisa is very warm and knowledgeable. She is perfect for family counseling and she makes everyone feel comfortable-even a teenage boy! Counseling is more successful because of that!
