Literally Awful. Front office staff are absolutely terrible. I keep getting billed for services here and I've literally never even heard of this practice. When I called to get to the bottom of it I was yelled at and talked over. This is the most unprofessional staff I have ever worked with in my life. Save yourself the headache and see someone else.
Rachel is amazing! I saw her for about 3 sessions now and she’s very easy to talk to and doesn’t judge. Definitely recommend this caring staff team and facility

syretta has no time management skills, she does not care about your appointment time. She is highly manipulative and will fill an "hour" by taking about what she wants instead of genuine treatment and then collect your insurance money. Furthermore if you're not black she will not like you, will not try to relate to you, and cut your appointment 15 min or more on some ocassions. No diversity, no professionalism.
