They don't even deserve the 1 star. The fact that this business is still open is truly amazing. I attempted to purchase a vehicle from them 2.5 weeks ago. When we sat down to see what I was approved for they knew I was on a tight time limit due to needing to go pick up my kids. If I could give zero stars I would. I stopped by to look at some cheap vehicles. Not only did I have a salesperson get switched on me while asking for a simple Carfax. The Carfax says the vehicle didn't have any accidents, but while looking under the hood you could see that all the nuts and bolts that hold the fenders radiator and hood/hinges have been removed and reinstalled, clearcoat runs and fisheyes. Did me right.
I purchased a vehicle on 8/18/2017 and I still have not received my license plates and it is 9/29/2017. I called and called letting them know that my trip permit was expiring and I was told they would give me a new one. Finally on 9/18 I was told that my vehicle had to go through emissions in order to get my plates. A month after I purchased the vehicle and when I called that's when I was told this.
